1) Go on a snorkel trip in Maui... or two... or even three! There are lots of fantastic places to choose from, and many won't cost you a penny! If you're looking for an easy daytrip from Maui, you can snorkel at the Island of Lanai, Hawaii or Molokini Crater like we did!
2) How about a cave exploring Maui adventure in Kaeleku Caverns? This amazing experience gave us moments of pure fear, and absolute peacefulness... what a contrast!
3) Enjoy a hike through the jungles of East Maui... we spent an entire day here, and even got to swim to a hidden waterfall! And you won't believe it when you hear about our amazing hiking companion!
4) Would you be interested in a different kind of hike? A hike through the Iao Valley State Park is worth a look! There was LOTS to explore, and the price was right!
5) Do you scuba dive? We weren't able to fit this in on our last trip, but its high up on our Maui, Hawaii activities "to-do" list for next time!
6) Have you ever been on a submarine cruising along the ocean floor? We highly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Maui Adventure tour - it was an experience unlike any other!
7) We loved our trip to the summit of Mt. Haleakala... we felt like we were on the moon! Minus the spacesuits of course! Who knew we'd have an experience like this on Maui. Also be sure to get a hot cup of coffee at Crater Coffee and be sure to tell Mike that we sent you! You can also stop and shop or use their restrooms, it is a long and bumpy ride.
8) The scenic road to Hana on Maui was well worth the drive! What a memorable Maui adventure it was, as we carefully wound around the numerous twists and turns on the narrow road!
9) One of our favourite things do in Maui for adventure was the upcountry Maui zipline tour on Mt. Haleakala! Imagine soaring 150 feet above the treetops on a 380 foot long zipline! What a rush!
10) Last, but not least... what was one of the COOLEST THINGS TO DO IN MAUI EVER? We went on a fantastic helicopter tour of the island. The views were absolutely magnificent, and the trip was well-worth the price for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
